WOWPartners Unveils WonderPot: Jackpot Exceeds 1 Million Euros

(AsiaGameHub) -   WowPartners, a leading affiliate program, is excited to announce the launch of the WonderPot Jackpot, an innovative progressive feature now available on the AllySpin platform. This special feature enables players to win prizes as large as 1 million euros while enjoying their preferred slot games, offering a significant opportunity for affiliate growth. WonderPot turns ordinary slot play into a more captivating and dynamic experience, encouraging longer play sessions and increased player retention. The feature is already showing success, with the inaugural WonderPot Jackpot having been won by a fortunate AllySpin user. Getting started with WonderPot is straightforward. Players can locate WonderPot games in the Jackpot area or launch any of the 1,000+ eligible games and select ‘Opt in’. By choosing a contribution rate of 10%, 20%, or 30% — an amount added to every wager that builds the collective prize pool — each spin provides an opportunity to land one of four jackpot tiers: Flash, Boost, Ultra, and WonderPot. A larger contribution percentage enhances a player's odds of winning a jackpot. The unique appeal of WonderPot lies in its trigger mechanism. Winners are chosen at random through a certified process. Each round has a concealed target value. Without set schedules or a visible timer, the jackpot can be awarded at any instant for any sum up to 1 million euros. As players add to the shared pool, the prize is granted to the participant whose bet pushes the total to that hidden target figure. This fosters a continuous feeling of anticipation, where every spin counts and any second could lead to a major payout. To improve your winning prospects, remain engaged, contribute a higher percentage, and continue playing — though the final result is always determined by chance. For affiliate managers, the WonderPot Jackpot serves as a powerful tool for boosting performance. It inherently extends playing time, encourages repeat visits, and heightens overall engagement by pairing a visibly growing jackpot with entirely random award times. The multi-tiered prize system offers extra incentive, and the effortless opt-in process allows for easy expansion to a broad player base. This is the ideal moment to incorporate the WonderPot Jackpot into your promotional efforts and direct traffic to AllySpin, where this feature is already demonstrating its effectiveness at attracting, keeping, and growing a player audience! Preah Sihanouk casino in Cambodia is shut down due to alleged online fraud

(AsiaGameHub) -   Following a raid by Cambodian police on Gang Dao Casino in Preah Sihanouk, local authorities discovered that the venue was being operated as an illegal online scamming ring. Law enforcement officials seized nearly 500 computers and over 1,000 mobile phones, which were allegedly used for the fraudulent scheme. According to news reports from the Cambodia Commercial Gambling Management Commission, law enforcement arrested 108 people during the April 5 raid, and the building was subsequently closed and sealed off. Across Southeast Asia, Cambodia has gained widespread recognition as a hub for internet scams. The country competes with both Myanmar and Laos for this dubious distinction, a label that has earned Cambodia the nickname “Scambodia.” The April 5 closure of Gang Dao Casino comes as the government has recently ramped up its efforts to eradicate internet scam operations from the nation. It is estimated that illegal internet scam activities generated $12.5 billion in criminal revenue in Cambodia during 2024. Some people searching for clerical or computer-related jobs become ensnared in prohibited online scam operations once they arrive at the casino to begin work. If workers fail to meet their financial targets, they are often threatened with physical violence to coerce them into committing illegal acts. A BBC report dated April 6 noted that at the casino, which has since been shut down, any employee who failed to perform at a high enough standard would be subjected to physical punishment and would receive “at least 10 strokes” with a cane. IBIA reports 70 suspicious betting alerts in the first quarter of 2026

(AsiaGameHub) -   The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) recorded 70 possible inconsistencies in betting data for the first quarter of 2026 across 10 different sports. Europe reported the highest number of recorded incidents, followed by North America, Asia, South America, Africa, and global eSports competitions. Football made up the largest share of all reports, alongside tennis and eSports — these three sports collectively accounted for over 80% of total submitted alerts. Football saw the most suspicious activity among all sports, with 25 alerts logged across Africa, North America, Asia, South America and Europe. Tennis ranked second with 16 alerts, including reports from Egypt, Mexico, India, Chile and other European nations, while eSports contributed 15 alerts. The 15 alerts from eSports highlight the global scope of eSports competitions. Other sporting events including table tennis, volleyball, basketball, cricket, handball, badminton and MMA recorded fewer alerts but still faced integrity concerns. Europe made up 28% of all total reports, while North America accounted for 20% of alerts and Asia represented 21%. Further breaking down the data, South America contributed 13% of alerts, Africa accounted for 9%, and global eSports activities made up the remaining 9%. Brazil remains a consistent hotspot for suspicious betting activity. Between 2021 and 2025, the country generated 68 alerts across 8 different sports, most of which stemmed from allegations of fraudulent football betting. IBIA's membership consists of more than 90 companies and over 200 betting brands, which monitor over 1.5 million sporting events across 80 sports each year. IBIA member firms have access to customer activity data sourced from more than US$300 billion in global annual betting turnover. This article is provided by a third-party. The regulatory environment across DACH markets remains complex—Germany’s State Treaty is still being refined in practice, and Austria maintains a tightly controlled structure. In this context, it’s essential for stakeholders to stay informed and connected. The summit plays a key role in facilitating this across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, and I’m eager for this year’s discussions. Winzon Group’s licence revoked by Malta Gaming Authority

(AsiaGameHub) -   The Malta Gaming Authority has revoked Winzon Group’s operating licence, with the decision taking effect retroactively from March 11, 2026. This action was carried out under regulation 10(2)(b) of Malta’s regulatory compliance framework. It is reported that Winzon ran multiple iGaming platforms including Comix Casino, though most of its sites are no longer active. Notably, even after the revocation, Comix Casino still claims it holds MGA licensing on its official website. As part of its obligations under this order, Winzon must send an email notification and post a public notice on its website to all customers, informing them that its operating licence has been cancelled. The notice is required to stay posted for no less than thirty (30) days. In accordance with Maltese Gaming Laws, Winzon must return all remaining account balances of verified customers to the corresponding customers starting on the date this order is issued. Winzon must provide proof of all account withdrawals (transaction records and bank-issued supporting documents) to ensure all funds are returned to customers on time. As outlined in this order, even after the licence revocation, Winzon is still obliged to protect customer privacy and secure all customer data following its existing policies and all applicable data protection laws. Because Winzon failed to submit a post-shutdown plan, players will not receive information about how their data will be managed after the shutdown. Additionally, Winzon must remove all indicators of MGA authorisation from all platforms and media, and may not present itself as a regulated gaming entity now that it no longer holds a valid gaming licence. These enforcement measures also cover specific outstanding debts owed by Winzon. Winzon owes the MGA €46,693.23 for unpaid historical licensing and compliance fees, and has accumulated €147,080 in administrative penalties for multiple violations of MGA rules and regulations. While no specific details of the violations alleged against Winzon have been released, the MGA has confirmed that these violations qualify as breaches of locally applicable laws and regulatory provisions. All of Winzon’s obligations remain in effect regardless of this order, and any failure by Winzon to comply with requirements or settle its outstanding obligations and debts may lead to further enforcement action.
